Western Media Group Signs Letter of Understanding with Vested Health Care

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Commack, N.Y./EWORLDWIRE/May 7, 2003 --- Western Media Group Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: WMGC) and Vested Health Care, which holds a licensing agreement with Avreo, Inc., signed a letter of understanding that will grant the Med-Link VPN the opportunity to offer its clients the Avreo Radiology Workflow Software that allows for the reading of MRIs and CAT scans digitally. Both companies have begun negotiations on a definitive agreement.

Med-Link USA, Inc. is an information management company for the medical community. Med-Link USA, Inc. offers a full-service communication center that provides comprehensive enhanced communication coverage, such as the Virtual Private Network and the Office Assistance Program. For more information about Med-Link USA, Inc. please visit http://www.medlinkus.com.

Vested Healthcare is the exclusive distributor of the Avreo product in the northeast and Florida. Avreo, Inc. was founded in 1997.

The goal of the company was to apply the speed and ease of navigating the Internet to the cumbersome task of navigating clinical information in unrelated and often unorganized hospital computer systems. The focus of the company shifted from mere image presentation to developing a system that would integrate the myriad paper-based elements, found in typical clinical workflow, into a single, end-to-end integrated e-system. The company developed a flexible, component-based Web solution for radiology. In August 2000, Avreo released the Advanced Radiology Integrated Internet Solution (ARIIS) -- the first clinical solution built entirely with Internet technology. ARIIS has evolved into the robust product known as interWORKS.
