Judge Donald W. Hafele finds Pro Se author in contempt.

Hafele's letter to the Florida Bar - propelled the controversial modern art graphic novel by Latin American presidential hopeful Victor-Hugo Vaca Jr. back into international headlines. The Administrative Judge for the Civil Division of West Palm Beach County Court named in the article is presiding over what some are calling 2008's $72-Million-Dollar-Pants-Case (Case # 50-2006-CC-016579).

The official court transcript is embedded within the exaggerated text which the author claims he spun off into the realm of adult Harry Potter to avoid threats of "civil and/or other remedies" that Judge Hafele warned he would take against the popular multi-media artist if he used the Judge's videotaped image without permission.

The artist has been publicly following the curious goings-on within the Florida legal system during the run up to election year, as part of his Law and Justice in the United States series. The Modern Art Music Movement founder used music, video, live performances and canvas art to raise global awareness about the fact that there is little oversight over the system which appointed George Bush Jr. to the presidency, two elections prior.

The Boca Raton Law Firm of Conde & Cohen, P.L., is suing Victor H. Vaca Jr. for damages in West Palm Beach before Judge Donald W. Hafele in a landmark case which tests the ethical boundaries of law firms, perjury and the legality of an individual's birth name as it appears on birth certificates and DD-214 Military discharge papers.

Vaca admits hiring the law firm to evict the high ranking CEO who thought he was the second coming of Jesus Christ, but he claims the corporate plaintiff has failed to tell the Court that Aaron R. Cohen, the lawyer representing the firm in this case, took residence in his client, the Pro Se defendant Vaca's home without permission before, during and after what have been dubbed, "The Crackhead Jesus Trials."
