    PHOTO AVAILABLE: Aug. 20-30: Peace Corp Reunion Photo Exhibition to Feature Worldwide Activities of Active and Former Peace Corps Volunteers

    May 29, 2008, is the Peace Corp Reunion Photo Exhibition submission deadline, with selection notification beginning June 10.

    FORT COLLINS, Colo./EWORLDWIRE/March 31, 2008 --- The Center for Fine Art Photography in cooperation with Beet Street, will be hosting a show of photographs created by Peace Corps Volunteers during the 2008Peace Corps Reunion in Fort Collins, Colorado. Selected images will be exhibited in the Center's gallery during the reunion, August 20 - August 30, 2008 and on the Center's Web site for two additional years. There are also plans for a traveling exhibition.

    The theme of the exhibition is open, and pictures will be accepted from all active and former Peace Corps Volunteers. The Center is looking for images depicting Peace Corps activities throughout the world. There is no submission fee for this show. The show is underwritten by Beet Street*.

    The curator for the show is Dr. Anthony Bannon, Director of the George Eastman House in Rochester, New York.

    Images are due online or via mail by May 29, 2008, and notification of images selected for the show will begin June 10, 2008. The exhibition dates are August 20 - August 30, 2008, and the Peace Corps Reunion is August 22 - August 24, 2008
